CAREER GUIDANCE ASSESSMENTS
Subject choice for Grade 9
Choosing subjects for grade 10-12 has a considerable impact on the learner's future career path. Ensuring that the chosen subjects allow access to various degrees, diplomas at different tertiary institutions is crucial
Grade 10-12/young adults
It can be quite daunting and challenging to decide on a particular career path or changing careers as there are so many possibilities. Deciding on a career choice is not easy, however, it is one of the most important decisions that an individual will have to make in their life. Having an understanding of your abilities, personality preferences, interests, values and translating that into a career choice can be quite complex. However, information about ourselves and knowledge of occupations and the world of work can make this process easier.

A career consultation will include an in-depth interview, psychometric assessment and a comprehensive integrated report which will support the individual in gaining an understanding of self and career options and individual feedback session/s.

STRESS AND WELL-BEING AT WORK
Stress is a part of our everyday life. We all experience stress at some point in our lives. Stress can be positive which can serve to motivate us and improve performance but it can also be negative which can lead to mental or emotional strain. In the workplace many demands are placed on us - tight deadlines, increasing demands, conflicting goals, loss of employment, downsizing, etc. Our lives are extremely busy juggling work and family demands and people taking on more and more. this can all take a toll on us and affect our work, personal and overall quality of life.
It is important to take time to assess the amount of stress in your life and find ways to reduce it and manage it more constructively.
